1988
Chengdu Xinda Audio & Lighting Equipment Factory (the former
of Xinda Audio) was established.
1991.12
The equipment operating department of Chengdu Xinda Audio
engaged in audio industry, and was the first dealer of “Hi-Fi Audio” in Chengdu,
which operated the Huiwei loudspeaker, Bada and Shengya power amplifier etc.
1992.05
The founder of the company, Mr. Ling Junyan published the
article of “Tri-frequency audio, Hi-Fi audio”, and the company produced the
tri-frequency audio of floor type, which won many responses in China.

The equipment operating department of Wuhan Xinda Audio was
established, which was the first Hi-Fi audio equipment shop in Wuhan. The shop
was full of consumers in the three days of its opening.

Chengdu Xinda Audio Manufacturing Co.,Ltd was established and
entered into the audio manufacturing field, and then the company took “Xindak”
as its products’ brand.

The company produced the special audio capacitances, “Xindak”
MKP series capacitances and changed the situation that the foreign products
occupied the audio market.

The company produced XA6450 and XA6500 power amplifiers of
combination mode.

The first series of cone loudspeaker unit was put into
production, and the company entered into the electronic audio field.

XA8200/XA8500 power amplifiers won the title of “The most
favorite product” in the First Video & Audio Exhibition convened in Chengdu, and
the bookshelf loudspeaker box C2.0 won the title of “The favorite product”.

XA8200L/XA8700 won the title of “The most favorite product”
in the Second Video & Audio Exhibition convened in Wuhan, and XA6600 and C1.0
bookshelf loudspeaker box won the title of “The favorite product”.

Xindak pushed out it predominant power amplifier product,
XA880M, which won much attention of the audio industry and the Hi-Fi fans and
won the title of “The most favorite product” in the Third Video & Audio
Equipment Exhibition. And then the professional position of Xindak in Hi-Fi
field was set up.

XA3200/XA8500 won the title of “The most favorite product”,
and Xindak was the only power amplifier brand, which won the title for three
times.

The company developed the products of family cinema series.

The power amplifiers were successively exported to Hong Kong,
Taiwan, Singapore and Australia etc.

The company produced OEM products of Canadian investors.

The company pushed out AV9700 5.1 sound track power amplifier
in the First Guiyang Audio Exhibition, and then pushed out AV9500K and AV9300
series of family cinema and related surround loudspeaker. Xindak entered into
series products’ development and production of AV power amplifiers.

The company pushed out XA6800 power amplifier of combination mode, which won
the title of “Home-made elaborate brand” in the Third Shanghai Audio Exhibition,
and won the titles of “ Professionals’ consistent appraisement” and “Consumers’
consistent appraisement” in the Fifth Home-made Audio Equipment Exhibition in
October 1993. The product had brilliant appearance, unique design technique,
circuit, and excellent audio effect with good performance and low price. So the
product won much attention of the native audio media and Hi-Fi fans, and sold
well in China. The product was appraised highly and was the evergreen power
amplifier of Xindas, which had meanings of milestone.
1999.03
Xindak established sodality of Hi-Fi fans, and the members
were from all over the country. So Xindak won extensive social benefits.

Xindak pushed out the famous bookshelf loudspeaker “Compass
1st” in Chengdu, and pushed out “Compass 2nd” in the same year. So the company
completed the series development of Xindak Hi-Fi loudspeaker of top and middle
grade and won high appraisement of Hi-Fi fans and various audio media.

Xindak held the First Music & Audio Appreciation in Chengdu
Red Star Hotel.

Xindak moved to its new workshop, and the name of Chengdu
Xinda Audio Manufacturing was changed to Xindak Electronics Co.,Ltd.
2000.01
Depending on the big success of XA6800, Xindak pushed out
XA6800SE of combination mode, which was inlayed by metal and walnut, adopted
excellent material, had good sound quality. This product was with top technique,
top quality, and top sound effect, so it was the senior Hi-Fi fans’ favorite and
won the appraisement of the professionals in the Sixth Home-made Video & Audio
Equipment Exhibition. The product sold well in China and was the one of the
excellent homemade products.

Xindak produced power amplifier XA7800 of combination mode,
P160 which replaced Hi-Fi product XA8700 of middle grade, and the final version
XA3200 for the salary.

Xindak’s first digital audio decoder, DAC-1 was produced,
which indicated that Xindak had entered into digital audio field of hi-tech from
the production of pure Hi-Fi analog power amplifier and loudspeakers.

Xindak produced the country-popular remote control power
amplifier A100 of combination mode, which was the same popular as the famous
XA6800. This power amplifier was with fashionable appearance and excellent
material. The acoustic quality was lively, brilliant and boundless. As the
product was pushed out, many Hi-Fi fans and the audio industry paid much
attention to it. And it won high appraisement in the Hi-Fi comparison of
homemade power amplifiers held by Audio World, and won the highest title of “The
professionals’ consistent appraisement” in the Sixth Homemade Video & Audio
Equipment Exhibition, and was appraised as the only five-star product in the
Homemade Audio’s First Double-S Appraisement by the Chinese Electric Industry
Association, Electronic Audio Association and Electrics Newspaper. So the
product sold well in China for a long time.

Xindak produced DVD/CD duplicate lines player, XDV2000, which
was merged with traditional Hi-Fi idea and advanced digital hi-tech. The
excellent audio/ video effects became the favorite of AV/Hi-Fi fans, so the
product sold well all over the country and established Xindak’s brand foundation
in the digital audio and video field.

price, so it was the favorite of Hi-Fi/AV fans and won high appraisement of the
professionals in the Seventh (Nanning) China Video & Audio Equipment Exhibition
and title of “Excellent performance and low price” in the Eighth Beijing
International Audio & Record Exhibition.

Xindak began to develop and produce hi-fi wire, and provide
wire with good quality and low price for Hi-Fi fans.

Xindak pushed out Series A top A200B of combination mode,
which adopted minicrystal and wide-band technology, so its frequency was wide
and its signal-to-noise was good, especially its audio effect was gentle and
sweet. The product won the price of “The professionals’ consistent appraisement”
in the Seventh Homemade Video & Audio Equipment Exhibition and won the first
price of audience’s subjective audition general appraisement of homemade Hi-Fi
in the Eighth (Beijing) International Audio & Record Exhibition.

excellent loudspeaker with low price by Audio & Video Masterwork.

audio laser player SCD-1 and SCD-2, which had the time meanings and was the

in Shanghai Tenth International Audio for the first time, and it established Xindak’s leading position in the native Hi-Fi digital audio & video field.

Under the guilding ideology of innovation, Xindak launched novelty-surface XA6900SE. It won “Expert identical compliment” on Made-in-China AV Show and “Expert identical recommend” on Eighth Beijing international AV Show.

Xindak launched flagship F-Gold Gold and Silver Alloy Foil series audio cable which base on the F series. Its high quality and perfect performance attracted audiophiles’ favor. F-Gold series also popular in Europe and joined into the world market to compete with world-wide well know cables. Xindak became the most famous audio cable manufacturer in China and the cable production line contain entry, middle, high level series.
